Who Are WRM (Walker Resource Management)
WRM is a specialist environmental consultancy with technical expertise in strategy, infrastructure and project delivery, operating in diverse sectors including waste/resource management, and renewable energy.
We believe in empowering leaders to take steps that tackle climate change – a challenge of our generation – and we are doing our part by delivering pragmatic, sustainable and commercially viable solutions.
Established in 2007, Walker Resource Management is an independent environmental consultancy that provides practical sustainability advice and guidance – with expertise in both technical detail and big picture thinking. WRM specialises in three core advisory areas – strategy, infrastructure and project development; and operational delivery – to ensure clients are offered strategic, workable, and flexible answers to their project or business needs. We pride ourselves on offering our clients peace-of-mind and pragmatic advice that always makes commercial sense.
We believe in working in collaboration with clients and ensuring we understand what success looks like to them, so we can deliver results that create durable business and environmental value. Our long term, partnership approach is why 70% of our revenue comes from repeat business from our existing clients. We also offer strategic expertise on projects to support investment decisions and advise on the overall scope.
Our clients value our expertise in project delivery in waste and resource management, energy efficiency, and renewable energy and our personalised advice. Our work in organics management, planning and permitting, quality systems and standards and market development has helped define the sector nationwide.
We continually collaborate with industry leaders, policy makers and universities to ensure we apply the latest research and best practice in waste, resource and environmental management solutions to your project or business needs.
Based in Leeds, Yorkshire, we operate nationwide in the UK and our technical expertise and knowledge spans across diverse industries.
