The Safety and Quality Control System shall consist of:
- a HACCP study;
- the team members and their training and experience;
- each product’s description and its intended use, as well as
- visually presenting the process flow in a clear diagram.
HACCP studies need to be carried out in accordance with the 7 principles laid down in the Codex Alimentarius Commission’s ‘Principles of the HACCP system’ AND kept up to date, ensuring it stays in line with customers’ needs, processing technologies, input materials and any new hazards that emerge.
WRM recognises that this process is often complex and time consuming, which is why we offer a complete management system package to help guide you through a successful PAS100 certification. This includes a management system review, document update, onsite training and attendance at the external PAS100 inspection.
