At WRM, we care deeply for our team and our community. We recognise that sustainability and environmental challenges, such as climate change, impact everyone, including our local community in Otley, Leeds. We regularly participate in initiatives that support our team, fundraise for local charities, and educate community groups on making a difference.
Our efforts include raising donations for St. Gemma’s Hospice and the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, and partnering with Otley 2030 to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2030. We are also proud members of Leeds Mind as a registered Mindful Employer, with a Wellbeing Working Group to support our Employee Assistance Programme.
