Our team is long-established and growing, with a number of  consultants already well-respected and reputable within the sectors they support. We are also actively engaged in a number of Trade Associations and provide talks on industry best practices.

We also take pride in the quality of our consulting. It’s our imperative that your organisation receives a works package based on your bespoke requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s where we see the most cost-savings and efficiency improvements.

WRM understands that sustainability and environmental challenges, such as climate change, impact everyone, including our local community here in Otley, Leeds.

That’s why we regularly take part in initiatives that support the interests of our team, fundraise for local charities, and educate community groups on what they can do to make a difference.

We have raised donations for St. Gemma’s Hospice and the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, and have established a strong partnership with Otley 2030 to make the town’s goal of reaching Net Zero emissions by 2030 possible.

We are also a proud member of Leeds Mind as a registered Mindful Employer, and have now established a Wellbeing Working Group to roll out our Employee Assistance Programme.
