We’re a Friendly and Passionate Bunch

We Care for Our Team and Our Community
At WRM we understand that huge global issues such as climate change impact our communities at a local scale. We undertake a range of social initiatives to help our community meet its sustainability challenges and provide social value through active charitable partnership, including fund raising for St. Gemma’s Hospice and the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, partnership with Otley 2030, active involvement with Leeds Mind as a Mindful Employer and the sponsorship of our local rugby and football teams.
Our Sustainability in Communities (SIC) day brings our team together for one day each year to deliver a project that will benefit our local community, as selected by the WRM team. This has included the creation of wildlife habitats on Otley Chevin and delivering sustainability actions plans for local social enterprises.
We enjoy charitable works to support our local community and have conquered the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise money for St. Gemma’s Hospice, match funded with in time benefit where we delivered a sustainability strategy and action plan.

We Like To Have Fun
Navigating the challenges and rewards of supporting organisations in their journey to ‘Make it Possible’ is no easy feat, but it’s work we find fulfilling. Beyond the office, we like to gather, along with our partners and celebrate our team’s successes, project milestones, and client victories.
Our team plays a crucial role in WRM’s success and the projects we handle. Together, we empower and support each other, helping to reach both our professional and personal life goals. It’s a collaborative effort that keeps us moving forward.
