WRM run Carbon Literacy training sessions for healthcare professionals on the last Wednesday of every month.
The course introduces climate change, including the science and urgency of the matter, before moving on to look at the impacts of climate change on the health and care sector and the range of responses that are available to healthcare professionals. The session then concludes with the development of an individual action plan which is specific to each learner’s job role.
Learners who participate in the full session and complete an action plan will become certified as carbon literate individuals.
All of our sessions run from 10am to 5pm, and cost £100 per person (exc. VAT), including certificate issuance.
